Shop FAQ

Where is the shop based?

Indianapolis, IN USA

What is the return and exchange policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and I am not responsible for items that get lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. I package the items securely, so they should not get damaged under normal circumstances. If the item is replaceable, I can send you a new one. For original art, there is nothing I can do to replace it, and I may offer a refund at my discretion.

How can I track my package?

Every order comes with a USPS tracking number that is provided as soon as your item(s) ships

How much does shipping cost?

Note: Shipping cost for USPS Priority Mail increased Jan. 17, 2016.

Flat rate shipping for US orders: USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope $5.75
Flat rate shipping for International First Class: Flat fee $6.00 (tracking included)

Do you do custom orders (art commissions)?

Yes, please use the contact form here to request a commission and make sure to include as much detail as possible (size, details etc). I will be in contact.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Big Cartel checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Big Cartel has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact me at

How do you prepare/create your drawings for prints?

I scan them myself at 400 to 600 dpi and color correct them using Adobe Photoshop. I print on a Canon PIXMA PRO-100 on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl Archival Paper or Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper when I send them for traditional photo processing (this will be noted in the product description).

I photograph my paintings/prints as accurately as possible but actual colors may vary slightly from the colors on your computer monitor. Please note that “light spots” from reflections on photo prints will not be on the actual painting.  On the originals, some paint has shine to it there is often slight reflections in the photographs.
